CIA "accidentally" destroys a torture report - Gunnar Ozuna Period 6

"The CIA inspector general’s office has said it “mistakenly” destroyed its only copy of a comprehensive Senate torture report, despite lawyers for the Justice Department assuring a federal judge that copies of the documents were being preserved. The erasure of the document by the spy agency’s internal watchdog was deemed an “inadvertent” foul-up by the inspector general, according to Yahoo News."                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             This is another example of government trying to cover up something from the general public. MK Ultra is the main example when talking of government conspiracies. They tried to use LSD to induce hypnosis in their subjects, but this experiment proved to have the opposite effect, as many subjects began to go insane due to constant administration of the drug.
