Cassidy Jones Reports on " Wild West"

The great plains were tragically hit for 4 consecutive days in a row. Reports in Ford County, Kansas of injuries are recorded, said Andrew White, a spokesman for the National Weather Service. Rare occurrences of dual tornadoes hit as well, including Dodge City. CNN meteorologist Jennifer Gray said there were reports of eight to nine tornadoes in the storm that rumbled through Kansas. Other tornadoes were also reported in Texas and Colorado.

Comparable to the Dust bowl in the 1930s, the wind and weather destroyed the great plains in Kansas, northern areas in Texas, and Oklahoma. It also caused migration , often called 'Okies' , that were relocated because of the inability to live in those conditions.
