Oklahoma, far from any major fault lines, normally has 2 earthquakes per year. Recently they have had 2 per day and " scientists point to a controversial culprit: wastewater injection wells used in fracking." "As of last month, Oklahoma has already experienced more than 600 quakes strong enough to rattle windows and rock cars" the biggest being a 4.5. This, along with the sever weather Okalhoma normally has, might make people want to move and live somewhere else.
The drastic increase in earthquakes is very alarming. Scientists are debating over how large of a fault could be reawakened, and how hard that fault might shake. From 1975-2008, Oklahoma experienced 0-3 earthquakes per year 3.0 or higher. "Then the numbers jumped: there were 20 in 2009, 35 in 2010, 64 in 2011, 35 in 2012, 109 in 2013 and 585 in 2014."

Im extremely concurred for them! Fracking i thought was man made... but i could be wrong. like in Irving Texas we have fracking due to the search of oil, but I'm going to look it up! i hope the people of Oklahoma are okay.

We have better energy options but nope we have to suck the earth dry until it crumbles right beneath our feet.
