Over the weekend a local Chicago citizen Found remains of a child in a Park which is centrally located near Chicago's New West Side. On Saturday investigators found the hands and feet in a lagoon in the park. The police kept searching for the rest of the body, on Sunday they found the head. according to the article they had found some of the remains in plastic bags. The Medical Examiner confirmed that the remains belonged to a child, the age of the child is not known.
The fact that some person had the audacity to dismember a child is heartbreaking. How could someone commit such violent acts on an innocent. The parents of this child must be in so much pain. Imagine hearing that your own child has been murdered and scattered around a lagoon in a park. I hope they catch whoever did this and hope they find the person fast enough before he/she does this again.

Tristin Manus 8th period-- I heard about this and it is heartbreaking, like how could you live with yourself after doing something cruel like that and not feel any guilt or remorse. We really do have some messed up people in this world.
