Two British tourists were found dead near a beach in Bangkok ,Thailand. There head was beat in a horrible ways. A hoe was found next to the bodies and it is thought that the it was used as a weapon during the assault. The two people one female and the other male had cuts on there faces and it was very bad. There are no suspects but investigators are looking at all their resources. People from all around town are helping since they do not like killing in their town. The attack may have come from all the protests against the government.
It is very harsh that there is deaths to tourists. They get out of town to get a vacation but ends up just being a total disaster. People sometimes do things for the dumbest reasons. The reason for killing someone is almost always unreasonable. Sometimes people just get mixed up in government conflicts. There will always be death no matter what.

This situation worries me because the mindset when one leaves the country, especially for vacation is that no harm will come since I am traveling for recreational purposes. This only reinforces importance of never letting your guard down and staying respectable to other cultures.
ReplyDeleteThough it is never good to commit murder, I just have to wonder what the motivation was behind it. Were these tourists part of the protests? Were they being culturally insensitive? Because it is odd that two foreigners were targeted.

ReplyDeleteI wonder why anyone would murder people just because of government protests, and why the attacker found the need to murder two tourists. No matter what the motivation was for the killing, there is no reason to take a protest to this point.
