People think less food means less fat but thats not at all true. Actually the more healthy food you eat the more your body burns fat.

Rather than starve yourself from the foods you eat, change them to healthier foods like hearty greens and protein. You will find that you can actually eat a bigger amount of healthy food that still has less calories than processed foods, like Chic-Fil-A
ReplyDeleteDieting and cleansing may have great short term effects and sometimes quicker results than to a daily workout routine. But in the long term effect, it gives us unwanted cravings and that alone can result in us abandoning our hard work and effort. So in turn America needs to stress healthy lifestyle changes, not harsh dieting or cleanses that can make us ill.

Diets, juice fasts, cleanses, whatever you call them, they end up being harmful to your body. There is nothing good about depriving yourself of anything. That is not to say that you should eat processed foods and unnatural oils all the time. There is a huge difference between eating what's good for your body, eating too much "junk", and cutting out vital nutrients.
