Homosexuality and the BSA

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2013/02/05/two-families-share-affection-for-scouts-differ-sharply-on-whether-no-gays/

This article is about the issue of homosexual rights in the Boy Scouts of America. The current policy does not permit openly gay men to be a part of scouting.

In this article, the differing opinions of two families are discussed. The Comers are against uplifting the ban, following their religious faith. The Tessiers on the other hand have a different opinion. Both of The Tessiers's sons have had safe and successful experiences with the Boy Scouts despite being gay, and disagree with the ideas some people have about homosexuals in Boy Scouts.

  1. This is a challenging topic because religion is a tough topic by itself, not to mention when it gets intercrossed with gay rights and organizations such as Boy Scouts.
