Audrey Gavitt- american eclipse

summary-

On August 21, the sun will disappear for a short time. For a swath of the country from Portland, Oregon, to Charleston, South Carolina, it will feel like someone just turned off the sun in the middle of the day. Even if you live elsewhere in the US, a portion of the sun will partially disappear. This will be the first time this happens in 99 years in the US.

Analysis- This article was published by CNN on march 16 2017 and written by Christina Zdanowicz and Judson Jones. I have always loved finding out about stars, planets, supermoons, and eclipses I love to stay up late or wake up at 2 am to walk outside in my pj's and see a g=bright shining star. This is something that fascinates me especially when it is so rare and only comes around every 99 years or so like this.
