On Saturday of this month, 49ners football quarter back Collin Kapernick, refused to stand up during the pregame national anthem and now is receiving fire from his fans. Synthesis: Kapernick is observing his right of freedom of speech under the 1st amendment. Fans are now burning his jersey and protesting.
