Twenty-five heavily armed U.S. Marines arrived at the U.S. embassy in Baghdad on Friday May 6, 2016. The State Department, which is in charge of security, requested the Marines. Demonstrations occurring in Baghdad last week caused the concern. More were expected Friday, but no conflicts have arisen at this point. 

I'm sure many Americans hearing of this news will fear the possibility of more Marines being sent to Baghdad as defense, just as Great Britain enacted the Quartering Act on the colonies.
