Analysis: The Author is Scott Glover and he appears to be a non-bias party. This article was created on May 2nd, right after the incident had taken place, adding to the urgency. I had no prior knowledge of this event. The Audience is the concerned American public and this story has a negative effect on them. The reason for writing this article was to educate the American public on these occurrences. This directly relates to the "Robber Barons" of the Gilded age and how they stole money and other things of value from the American public.
I think that's super dumb that he used the money on the things he did. He stole, and basically wasted the money. Sucks for him.
ReplyDeleteWhy would he need to steal the money in the first place. Don't FBI agents get paid really good?
ReplyDeleteMatthew Homsher 9th- The only reason somebody buys a pair of sports cars is when they're trying to use up money. I'm glad he got caught. It would be a shame if a criminal like that was able to escape conviction. On another note, I think it's really funny that Judge Jesus sentenced him to jail.
ReplyDeleteWow, this story is so absurd it almost sounds comical. I can't believe he got away with it for as long as he did.
