In Hawaii a man was charged a second time with violating the animal rights laws. Montgomery, was taken into jail and is on trial for his misdemeanor. There were thirty-two puppies inside of his puppy-mill, left without water or food. The conditions the puppies were left in were very much so deplorable and left one puppy dead. Montgomery was charged again before for the same thing which lost him his three children (they were put into foster case). Animal rights advocates are getting frustrated and are trying to get more laws passed to prevent further things like this from happening, they are still quite upset that the same guy was almost able to get away with the same crime again. The puppies are now being put in a shelter where they can be cared for by a proper vet and sent to their forever home.
