In another debacle of an interview with presidential candidate Donald Trump, he addresses concerns a handful of Americans have on the idea of having any one that is essential a non Christian in office. In subtle jabs at Obama's birthplace and "questionable" authenticity on his claimed religion, Trump attempts to use misconceptions of Obama's personal background to his advantage in the 2016 elections. Citizens have even gone so far as to accuse President Obama of being a Muslim born in the Middle East, and to lie to get to a position of power. This, of course, sparks questions to the candidates about whether or not they are comfort with the thought of a Muslim president in the White House. Candidates such as Trump and Carson have even said Islam does not fall within the boundaries of the U.S. Constitution.
I'm consistently shocked by what some of the people in the Republican party have to say about events going on in our country. As a land founded on religious freedom, to outright say you would deny a man a shot at something important, no matter how hard he worked, based on his religion is outrageous. To say that the Islamic religion "does not follow the laws of the Constitution" is outrageous. To accuse our president of not lying about his religion, and to assume he is Muslim with such negative connotation is outrageous. As I reiterate, I am shocked, and absolutely dumbfounded by the lack of mutual respect that helped build this country.

I feel that any company or competitor that is worthy of success can stand on their own rather than beat another group down to lift themselves up, as Trump obviously does on many occasions.
