A 14 year old boy the name of Ahmed Mohamed, was going to school with a clock that he had created which he was so proud of. As Ahmed walks into the school he was immediately discriminated for one because of his race (which is Muslim) students and teachers saying that Ahmed had created a bomb.Before long police officers were placing hand cuffs on Ahmed, Ahmed was found innocent he transferred school after the innocent. By Wednesday Ahmed was all over social media, Google executives said they were reserving a spot for Ahmed on their weekend science fair, also president Barack Obama tweeted, "Cool clock, Ahmed. Want to bring it t the White House? We sould inspire more kids like you to like science. It's what makes America great."

Honestly so much racism and bigotry is what make certain people do what they do. They shouldn't let what the racist say control what you do as well. What happened to 'innocent until proven guilty'? Oh yeah, out the window because my xenophobia is probably right.(Alejandra Hernandez-6th period)
