Muslin Flight ATtendant Says She Was Suspended For Refusing To Serve Alcohol -Lia Kerkman 6th

      A Muslim flight attendant was placed on a 12 month unpaid leave after refusing to serve alcohol to a passenger. She filed a discrimination complaint against the company also claiming that they had previous knowledge about her religious beliefs and alcohol policy.  However recently a flight attendant complained saying that she "wasn't fulfilling her duties", as well as mentioning her religious possessions and dressing. Stanley and her lawyers filed these remarks as anti-islamic, in light that until now there had been no problems.

       I do believe that these comments are anti-islam. Someone should be allowed to gracefully decline serving alcohol and wear whatever they want as long as it's appropriate, and not have to worry about getting suspended form their job.  Ever since early America the tolerance for new religion has grown tremendously, however there are still those out there who believe that there is only one right answer. America was founded on religious freedom and anyone should be excepted to  practice whatever religion they choose regardless.
