A missing man's family turned to Eagle's fans to help find their 21-year old son, Shane Montgomery. Wearing green ribbons in his honor, they distributed missing person flyers outside the stadium to tailgaters. Since his disappearance on Thanksgiving morning, his family had increased the reward to $50,000 and the FBI has joined forces with the police forces to search for him. He was last seen leaving Kildare's Irish Pub, a bar in Philadelphia, with his friends and cousin. He reportedly left on foot. His mother, Karen, said, "I wish that Shane would come walking in the door any minute." Montgomery has green eyes and light brown hair and was last seen in a gray hooded sweatshirt, a gray button up shirt, and jeans. You can visit the official site at helpfindshanemontgomery.com.
This article was written by ABC News via Good Morning America on December 7, 2014 at 9:06 PM. I found this article very interesting but there were so many holes and questions unanswered. Where are his friends and cousin? Did they also disappear? Hopefully, the flyers that they handed out at the Eagles game made a difference so that their son is returned safely. I will be curious to see how this story ends.
