Yosemite Fire Grows in Size (Diego Garcia) 5th
A wildfire was on the loose. It chased 200 hikers out of the national park. They were all evacuated by helicopter. Nearly 2,600 acres was the amount of acres that the fire consumed. The fire eased after some rain and cooler weather. This gave a big boost of the firefighters efforts since the rain poured on early Monday. The 120 firefighters were working hard using all their resources like helicopters and tanker planes. the fire is not expected to become any danger to citizens but it may increase with upcoming hot dry weather. the fire's cause is still unknown but they think it was caused by natural and not someone malicious ways. This fire can be very dangerous but it now in somewhat control. The cause can very but it something that happens all the time.
