Woman pleads not guilty in 5 year old sons death

20 years ago, Michelle Lodzinski was charged with killing her 5 year old son, Timothy Wiltsey. She denies all claims of murder and abuse, saying that she hadn't seen her son since he disappeared from a Sayreville carnival May 25 1991. Her stories continued to change and when investigators found the child's body, things got murky. Lodzinski went in isolation. Her neighbors said she didn't seem upset or distraught at the time. With evidence pointing towards her, she is pleading not guilty in this case of murder.
No matter who the killer was/is, I hope this cold case will be closed and justice is brought to the little boy.

  1. I find it suspicious how her story continues to change.

  3. That's awful to hear! I don't think a mother would kill her child just like that. Maybe she was on something? I feel like she's covering up for something or someone but she's going to have to face it soon. This can't just be left unresolved.

  5. I hope they get her to take a lie detector test. She could be innocent but then again she could be guilty. -Lindsey Galvan 4th period

  6. Okay... So this is kind of hitting my " I'm Not Buying This" button. I don't understand why she feels the need to lie and change her story if she really feels she is innocent.
