Plane Crashes off the cost of Jamaica By: Zaria Chambers

The U.S. Coast Guard and the Jamaican Defense Force are searching for a plane that crash in the Caribbean Sea north of Jamaica. The plane was carrying a couple from New York that were trying to get to their vacation home in Napes, Florida. The U.S. Coast Guard and the Jamaican Defense team are looking for debris from the airplane, it was reported that one of the aircraft found some particles of the airplane in the water but that’s it. Just shortly before the plane crashed the pilot had told the air controllers that something was wrong. It was also reported that when the U.S. fighter jet looked into the aircraft they found the pilot slumped over in the seat and “the windows were frosted.”
The couple hasn't been found yet. The Coast Guard said, “search crews completed 12 search patterns covering about 3, 750 square miles over 70 hours.” The couple had three children and they are very sadden at the sudden death of their parents.

I think that this is so sad. I really hope that the U.S. Coast Guard and the Jamaican Defense Team continue to search desperately for these missing people so that the family can find some closure. I just wonder if the plane was inspected carefully before they took off.
