"#BurnISISFlagChallenge" becoming widespread - Vittorio Chillemi

With the spread of the ALS Ice Bucket Challange, there was bound to be variations on the viral sensation. With the rampage of the Islamic Sate, many Muslims were angered and decided they had enough.
A group of young Lebanese students burned the black banner of ISIS and "challenged the world" to do the same. The challenge, while offending some, is quickly becoming widespread, with people printing out the flag of ISIS and setting it on fire, all the while filming it.

I think this challenge is a great idea, so yours truly will participate in this challenge on Thursday. I challenge anyone who is offended and angered by ethnic cleansing, suppression of liberties and human rights, and who are opponents to butchering of innocent civilians to participate.

  1. This challenge seems to have no benefit and I think it is almost violent or inappropriate to partake in the burning of their flag. What if they did that to us?

  2. It really is almost like how they burn American flags in Islamic areas in the Middle East. It's basically exactly like what they do to us.
