Ilhan Omar, a Democratic representative from Michigan, posted anti-Semitic content on twitter, and is now receiving major backlash for it. She received criticism for suggesting that the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee, AIPAC, was paying U.S. politicians to support Israel, as well as using an anti-Semitic trope.
"Anti-Semitism is real," she stated, informing the entire world of this breaking news in the beginning of her formal apology, which President Trump called "inadequate." This is not her first anti-Semitic or anti-Israel comment.
Other historical anti-Semitic comments have been made by Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Louis Farrakhan and others.

This reminds me of that photo a little while back of the supposed white supremacist school boys. These anti-Semitic issues have gotten out of hand, to the point where it does make it hard to believe what’s real—for example, Pewdiepie’s recent anti-Semitic controversy—only making it easier for people like Omar to make excuses for their offensive comments.
