Craig Fleming 4-1

The U.S government has shut down as they try to put together a budget for the year. Democrats don't want to move forward without first addressing the issue of DACA and immigration. Republics want to get the funding budget out of the way first. Both sides did agree that the solution to the immigration issue wouldn't be solved without intervention by President Trump. This immigration issue can be related to the immigration issue after WW1 and when the U.S were isolationist. The Democrats caved in and agreed to a short-term spending bill ending the shutdown.
