Summary:
Hundreds of thousand of men and women descended into the nation's capital and other U.S. cities to show their support for Women's Rights. Marches took place in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, St. Paul, Minnesota, Atlanta, Austin, Dallas and Ft. Worth.
Unlike the protests on Friday, these organized events were peaceful and positive.
Analysis:
This article was written by Phil McCausland on January 22, 2017 at 12:18 pm ET. I have never read any previous works of this author. When I saw the title I was intrigued to present this current event with hope of giving more details of what happened at this march in D.C. This author wrote a one sided article which compared previous destructive protests to the peaceful and planned Women's Marches.
I was hoping for more of the Women's Movement from 1848-1920 to be compared to the 2017 Movement. To my disappointment, it was not. However, just because the article was not written shedding more light on the Movement, it does not silence the good that will take place as a result of the momentum.

It is wonderful to see women actively speaking out against the people who may be taking their rights away in the near future.
