Summary: This article is about a homemade bomb explotion in the Manhattan neighborhood of Chelsea. This attack injured 29 civilians and brought darkness back into New York. Analysis/Synthesis: I am very hurt about this event, and quite honestly hurt by all these similar acts of hate. These type of events are happening all around the globe and really makes me wonder, what has the world come to, and how can we fix these problems? There's a video attached to this article showing the panic and capturing it all happening. This is very significant because after researching a little more, this is a very nice neighborhood, and nothing has been found out about this explosion.
A synthesis of this could be The Boson Massacre. It was also a massacre, and a big upset to the people from an outside force. This mostly connects to the Boston Marathon bombing because its a similar event of a bombing massacre. In the article says they described the second device, "as a pressure cooker resembling the one used in the deadly Boston Marathon bombing in 2013, according to the New York police official." This could show that the person who made this could have been inspired by this, or had similar motives.

It is so strange that this event, the bombing in New Jersey, and the stabbings in Minnesota are so so close in occurance. I hope they are not connected to some part of some sick plan.
