Two teenage boys made a home made rocket and were trying to release it when it killed one boy and injured the other. The tragedy was the result of science gone wrong and is a very sad incident. This happened at their high school.
It is very sad that this happened and I can't really think of any preventative measure. Teenagers need to be more careful and aware when experimenting with chemicals like this so another tragedy does not happen.
