In 2015 DISD desire to pay teachers based on the perfomace of students surveys, exams, and teachers performance. This technique is still being used this year based on the “high cuality teachers.”  Many pearents, teachers, board officials have been disagreeing with this law. All of these people have seen reasons why to be against this payment technique like seeing competition against teachers, overwhelming students with test, overwhelming teachers with many observations occurring during there teaching. Even tho they have not been able so change people's that's they try there hardest to get teachers to have a good environment in education as well as students. When Mr. Booker t.
