Apparelty Trumps two kids-now-adults will not be able to vote in the New York primary because they didn't register to vote in time. According to Trump they feel guilty they won't be able to vote for him because they "didn't know the rules" Sorry kids thats just not going to cut it.
The voting age of 18 has been a right of passage since it was brought down from 21 to 18 in 1971. I don't think its because they didn't know the rules, I think its a half witted excuse to not participate in the primaries.
