Obama admits his worst mistake
As Obama's time as president comes to end, I believe we as a nation are reflecting on his two terms and the events that occurred during that time. Quoted from a CNN article, Barack Obama believes his biggest mistake as president was, "Probably failing to plan for the day after what I think was the right thing to do in intervening in Libya." He says this in reference to the 2011 takedown of Moammar Gadhafi, Libyan dictator.
I don't know much of anything about the 2011 incident President Obama is referring when he talks about his biggest mistake, however the fact that we have a president who is willing to admit his biggest mistake is pretty special in my eyes. I believe President Obama's two terms were ultimately a success for the United States. Putting all political beliefs aside, I think everyone can agree that he  was hard-working, dedicated, and humble as President. As the presidential election deepens, I hope that we can all search for those qualities in our next president.
