According to two Italian researchers who have tracked down the living relatives of the Renaissance genius, Leonardo da Vinci lives on. According to historian Agnese Sabato and art historian Alessandro Vezzosi, director of the Museo Ideale in the Tuscan town of Vinci, where the artist was born in 1452, Da Vinci’s family did not go extinct.We checked documents and tombs as far as France and Spain in order to reconstruct the history of Leonardo’s family,” Vezzosi told Discovery News.The implication of our discovery is that scientists may be able to isolate Da Vinci’s DNA, 15 generations later,” Vezzosi said.
This amazing discovery not only proves that Leonardo is still alive but his DNA exists and that can result in a rebirth of his genius ways. It's like saying that someone found Jesus' DNA in our current age. The discovery could lead to scientists to separate the descendants DNA and find the chromosomes that relate to Da Vinci himself. This way, he can be replicated.But IDK I am no scientist. This discovery is like the discovery of gold in gold mines and rivers that conquistadors strived for.

ReplyDeleteOMG this is crazy!!! Leonardo Da Vinci is one of the most interesting, and astonishing, and admittedly odd, people to ever live. He gave us so much advancement as a species and was completely ahead of his time.
