There's political turmoil in Brazil as well as economic. They're going into one of their worst recessions in years. Their president Dilma Rousseff, she's been accused of allegedley doing some corruption scandal. The scandal is her hiding budget shortfall so that she could win her re-election. She's been against it, but with an approval rate of ten percent there's a possibility of being impeached with partys pulling out and and the house being split in half on whether she should be impeached.
- This situation is alot like the watergate scandal nixon went through hiding evidence of breaking into the democratic meet.
