Amazon customers are calling for Amazon to cut ties with Trump. Thousands have signed a petition, penned by a women's rights group, Ultraviolet. It asks Jeff Bezos, Amazons CEO, to stop selling menswear from the Donald J. Trump collection in order to seperate the brand from Trump's hateful presence. Many brands have taken steps to remove themselves from Trump's brand, such as ESPN not holding a tournament on his golf course and mattress makers refusing to renew his brand. NBC has also booted Miss America from its selection and Macy's withdrew his clothing line. The petition urges Amazon to follow Macy's lead and stop benefitting someone who encourages violence and racism. The still standing issue is that, even if Amazon takes down his clothing line, Trump's band would still thrive on other merchandise.
I think that this is quite a fair offer quite honestly, especially after seeing all of the brands dropping his brand.
This relates to APUSH, because George Wallace seemed to want to follow a liberal couple of years with severe racism that, honestly, could not be placed in a box classified as anything other that bigoted and flat out crazy.

I'm glad that large companies are steering clear of Trump. -Claudia Anthony
