Tillman, an English Bulldog that lives in California, has never really gotten the hang of doing normal dog tricks like sitting or rolling over. Tillman has much more liking to skateboarding, snowboarding, and surfing. In 2009 Tillman won the Guinness World Record for the fastest skateboarding dog. He has millions of YouTube fans, has been in an Apple commercial, and "Who Let the Dogs omOut", a Hallmark series. But Tillman has an irregular heartbeat, and after he had an incident Tuesday night, he was rushed to the vet by his owner, where he passes away.

This is sad news of course, but I think it's more important to think about all of the cool things that Tillman did. He was a very talented dog, and with all of his fans and fun activities, he led a good life. Not only was Tillman an adventurous dog, but he was a best friend to his owner, Ron Davis. At the start of history, many people had to work all day towards survival and didn't have a lot of time for leisure activities, such as teaching your pet how to skateboard, but dogs have been a part of our lives for a very long time, whether it was for herding sheep, helping the owners hunt, or helping sniff out scents. Dogs are great.
