"NFLer sues stadium after injury"
In this article, it explains that an NFL player, Reggie Bush, slipped on concrete resulting in an injury and is now taking legal action and Suing the stadium.
Oh my gosh athelets get so caught up in the games they play that they forget to use logic sometimes. So what he slipped on the concrete? That is not the stadium's fault! Plenty of people can slip on concrete not just him. And why should the stadium suffer for some blunderbuss's trip and fall? It was his fault he tripped. If I slipped and fell and hurt myself in a Walmart, do I sue the Walmart? No! It's my fault. He's just some big headed athlete who doesn't know what to do with his money, so he starts fights for publicity.

A+ vocab word use. I'm wondering how his case will hold up in court. People have won over things as ridiculous as this.
