Summery: In California, there was a video of a women identified as Elaine Rosa, who supposedly dragged her dog on her scooter. The video was taken across from the street and you can see her on her scooter with something dragging behind it. The quality of the video is bad, so you can barley see it. Brandon Sanders posted the video on Facebook and called the police. He claims that she dragged the dog at least 100 yard and the dogs paws were also dirty.
Analysis: The video quality wasn’t good, so I don’t know if he is truthful or not. If he is, I hope the person gets arrested and the dog can find a better owner. The article didn’t have the authors opinion, but obviously agreed a more with Brandon because he/she did let Elaine have a say. His article relates to U.S history because the first animal protection law was in 1876 to regulate animal experimentation.

If this video is truthful then I think the person should be arrested for animal cruelty and I hope that dog is better taken care of with a much better family ~ Stephannie Hernandez

ReplyDeleteI agree! It is truly dreadful that people pay to have pets and pay to take care of the animals' needs (food, water, toys, etc), but then refuse to treat them nicely. They are also living beings- who feel pain- so treat them with respect!!!!
