Matthew Sanchez - Wild fire in California
A wild fire in Santa Rosa CA,said to be one of the biggest in history, displaced 20,000 people, destroyed well over a thousand homes, killed at least one and injured two. Fires like this are caused by by a combination of hot temperatures,no humidity and a build of dry grass and brush. This relates to more recent history, obviously the forest fire in Mexico, but also other natural disasters such as hurricanes like Harvey and Katrina.
