Among news of pain, death, and negativity, in the horrible events of the Las Vegas shooting, Jan Lambourne received a shot to the stomach as she had been fleeing. Justin Uhart, a festival bartender who was running for cover again, noticed Jan's crumpled body on the ground, screaming for help. Bullets being fired and traveling in all directions, Justin ran towards Jan (who was in extreme pain and bleeding out due to the stomach wound), applying pressure on her wound and assuring her that he wouldn't leave her side, once he made it to her. Justin carried her to safety and remained beside her until she went in for surgery. On the 4th of October, they reunited, seeing each other for the first time since the Las Vegas events.
Written on October 6, as said in the beginning of the summary, with so much tragedy occurring, good hearts continue to exist and survive among the sad excuses of humans. A video was included in the article, showing Justin and Jan reuniting with tears.
