Jerry Jones gives Cowboys players ultimatum: Stand for anthem or sit for game
Another update in the ever growing "Take-A-Knee" story has arrived. Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has issued the following statement: "any player who disrespects the flag will not play.". Unsurprisingly, this statement has caused a lot of controversy and more discussion concerning the "Take-A-Knee" situation. I personally find Jones' statements to be disheartening, considering that players could lose their jobs because they decided to indulge in their rights as American citizens. We are slowly losing our freedom and our rights as Americans, as this incident indicates.

Does Jerry Jones not understand the concept of free speech? Literally this hurts nobody at all. I don't understand why Jones is getting upset about this movement, as it harms NO ONE.
