This article was about the marches that went on all around the world envolving a diverse group of people. These marches happens less that 24 hours after Donald Trump's inauguration on January 20, 2017. The artcle talks about the amount of people participating in the protests and give some descriptions of some of many sign that were shown. This article was written by Maeve Reston, CNN staff, on January 21, 2017. This writing has a positive influence beacuse it shows that people of America are willing to stand up for what they believe in. I actually participate in the dallas women's match and I think it was very empowering. Many people thought that the march was just against Trump, but this march was about people coming together to fight for their rights. One thing that stood out to me during my experience was as we were walking through the streets there were two Trump supporters who were being interviewed by the news and they talked about how we don't understand. This article is similar to the labor unions that were formed by people with similar veiws who wanted the join together and change something.

Love the way you presented this. So many people were mislead thinking it was an Anti-Trump protest. I enjoyed reading your blog.
