Isabella Bruner -The Immigrants Who Like Donald Trump

Summary:
This article set in New York city, where anyone can be anything shows a different side to things. As people who have emigrated from the Soviet Union in the 1980's take politics very seriously. As they settled in New York, Boston, California, and Florida they have given us a different view point. As a radio talk show host,Victor Topaller, says "Based on our options, Trump is the best choice. Hillary (Clinton) would be a catastrophe for America and for our world." Even though, Trump is not very clear of his connections with Russia, if they are good or not, many Russians in the U.S. support him. Not wanting a democratic candidate winning is one of their plans. But, Topaller is no Trump fan as he is a Jew, left his home in Moscow from anti-semitism. As the American Jewish Committee (AJC) that around 750,000 Jews from the Soviet Union live in the U.S. In 2012 and 20008 elections, 70-75% of Russians voted for Republican presidential candidates as the older generation "despises socialism and communism." As even Putin, appreciates Trumps colorful mannerisms has been written off as meaningless political rhetoric.

Analysis:
This article was about the other side of view to people in America most people don't hear or see about. The article made by Katherine Jacobsen at October/6/2016 at 12:02 p.m. talks about the Russians from Soviet Union coming to America express the ides of politics and presidential voting. This article was written to show someones opinion that doesn't get a voice that often. This article intrigues me as I would have never thought an immigrant would like a person who is very against immigration. For me, Donald Trump is way to over his head, with his harassment towards women and people of different races makes me sick. It blows my mind how so many people like his views of how America should be. Yes, most of the Russians were not full Trump but, there only excuse now is that they don't want a Democratic being president. This article affects us over the voting coming up for who should be for president. Since, most of us our too young to vote, we must sit in silence over the chaos that is about to occur and hope everyone is making the right decision.
