'Make America great again' branded hate speech on campus

Chris Willis's Blog! Woop.

On student decides to walk up in his school with a red 'Make America great again' hat. Students and  started giving him harassment and hate for wearing the hat. One student actually attacked the student, and said it was "Hate speech."  and that it was not allowed on campus. He was told to remove it.

Uh, okay. First of all, I don't exactly see what the problem is here. He was wearing a hat to show his liking to Trump. It's not like he was expressing it violently or loudly. From the information here, he was doing it peacefully. I mean, hey, I don't like Trump that much, but I'm not going to ruin other people's beliefs on him just because I don't like it. It reminds me of the time when people couldn't choose certain religion just because someone didn't like it, or it wasn't something they were practicing. So, what do you think? Do you think that it was necessary  to make a scene about someone expressing freedom of speech?

Here's the link below! Have a good day.
