Warhol STOLEN?

Recently some pieces of Andy Warhol's art have been stolen from a museum in Springfield and the FBI is offering a monetary reward for finding them. The piece is a soup can and worth around $500, 000 so it is up to a art crime team to investigate the issue.

This must have been a huge heist to pull off considering there is a lot of security at night in museums so I wonder if Art heist is more popular than bank heist because there is more security at a bank. It is good to know that the country is looking out for historical art.

  1. I can't believe someone actually pulled off stealing an original Warhol piece. It is comforting to know though that the government can appreciate works of art so important to our society enough to do something about it!
