Kepler Spacecraft -Avery Yoss 4th

The Kepler space craft from NASA was in emergency mode for three days, but has just been announced stable again. Kepler was a telescope looking for signs of habitable planets. It was never determined what was wrong with the space craft but scientists are working on it now to make sure the space craft can get back into "science mode" and invest planets.

This is interesting and a bit random. Something like this has happened before, also with the Kepler space craft, in 2012 when it lost one of its wheels.
