UNC Has No Idea How To Enforce The New Anti-Trans Bathroom Law

Through this year, people have been having a hard time deciding which restroom trans people should use, even though it may be simple. A women at UNT believes that trans men should use the women's restroom and trans women should use the men's, even tho this goes directly against trans identities. However, she has no idea how she would enforce this rule. She has no way to check and can't punish someone for using a restroom. 

This inncident can coninside with various infringements of the bill of rights through out American history. During the red scare, hundreds of Americans were arrested for things they have said, that could be interpreted as communist. If someone was gay, or if an African American did what they weren't "supposed" to do, they would be impressions and beaten.
