Trump attacks Bush and still wins by Mattie Whisler 9th period Flex

The actions that Trump took at the South Carolina primary were politically risky, even for him. In the debate Trump accused former President George W. Bush of lying about powerful weapons in Iraq. He also commented his opinions about the terrorist attacks  on 9/11. He stated that he thinks that the attacks were Bush's fault. After his rather crude comments it was obvious that the people were displeased with him. Many started booing him from the stands. This was one moment where Trump made one of his famous statements that somehow won him the South Carolina primary. He beat the runner up by 10 points. After the disappointing scores Jeb Bush dropped out of the race. For many Trump supporters the actions that were taken did not effect their opinions. Some thought he went too far with what he said about Bush.

This makes me kind of worried that people are still supporting Trump after all the things he's said and done. All he does is insults people and still somehow ends up on top. I understand that the country needs change but is Trump really the change the country needs?
