The Fine Bros React™ Paul Radke

Summary- The FineBros Entertainment has been making videos for a long time with children teens and elders reacting to specific types pop culture and other things of that nature. Recently the Fine Bros have stated that they basically own the word "react" and that people that post other videos of people reacting to things is an infringement on copyright.

Analysis- This is an extremely stupid thing to say. Just because you are the most popular "react" channel doesn't mean that you have the rights to this type of video and that no one else can post a video in this genre. The United States has been having a lot of problems with copyright in the way people steel other peoples original content and basically make money off of it (sofloantoino). And for this YouTube channel to come out and say that you have to credit them when you make a react video is flat out stupid, its like saying that since I wear a bracelet no one else can wear one unless you establish that this was my idea.

  1. i think that the idea of react video is not owned by anyone. its such widely done thing and i think its an unnecessary upset. hope they work this out soon bc this is overly dramatic.

  2. That's ridiculous! It's a very popular idea, and the word "react" is in no way owned by someone

  4. I think that the Fine Bros had good intentions but they were wrong on this. They since have withdrawn all their claims to the word "react" which I think was the right thing to do. Two people should not be able to completely control an entire sector of Youtube, and everyone should have the right to react.

  5. I love their channel, but I think it's ridiculous that they feel that they should own the word "react." Reaction videos are featured in many different channels throughout YouTube. I am glad that they withdrew their claim to the word.
