Jillian Linnear | Georgia Prison Supervisor Rapes Female Inmates

In this article it talks about three women who have come forth to shed light on their prison supervisor, Captain Edgar Daniel Johnson's actions. The three women claimed that while working off their sentence in a prison facility they were raped several times. Two of the three women were raped six times, and the other was raped many times between April 2011 and March of 2012. CNN says that the only reason they haven't come forth until now, is because the captain blackmailed them into keeping silent. The women say that many people working in the prison were aware of his actions but only helped him in hiding his secret.

This article was only published today, whilst the lawsuit had been filed a day or two before Christmas, making it seem as though that the victims were a little afraid of coming forth as these actions took place way earlier.

  1. That's so sad. This police officer was obviously overusing his power and it's so sad that these women had to be victims but I'm glad they were strong enough to speak up and get help
