Former Mexican President Fires Back at Trump (Bella Di Fazio pd:8)

The former president of Mexico, Felipe Calderon, recently fired back at Trump's most well-known proposal to put up a giant wall between Mexico and the U.S. and make Mexico pay for it. Calderon said that his plan was ridiculous and that Mexico would never pay for it. The only effect the wall would have is making two countries slowly become enemies.

I personally believe the wall is a very ineffective way to "keep out immigrants" when this whole country was founded on immigrants. It also sounds oddly familiar to the Berlin Wall being put up so people couldn't cross onto the other side of Germany. The background conflicts are a bit different, but the concept is very similar.
