"'Affluenza' Teen, Ethan Couch, Transferred to Adult Jail" by Tea Perez 1st period

Ethan Couch, in 2013, was convicted of a fatal drunken-driving accident. Couch disappeared in December, nearly two years into a 10-year probation from the drunken-driving accident in which four people died. Now Couch has been transferred from a juvenile to an adult jail in Tarrant County, Texas. However, a judge hasn't decided if Couch, whom is now 18, will be prosecuted in an adult or juvenile court for probation violation.

I'm glad that he is finally put away for his actions. He should of got put away in the first place but, unfortunately with good lawyers and a "good" story, he got away with it.

  2. I agree with you in that it is good he is finally being punished for his actions. Considering he is 18 and ran away from probation, I definitely think he deserves to be tried as an adult.
