Sean Penn had a secret meeting with El Chapo a major Mexican Druglord, right before his capture. He just had a meet with him and talked to him personally about what he did. Seans movements where monitored by authorities one they figured out whom he was looking for. 'El Chapo' admits and boasted about the amount of drugs he supplies. He admitted that "Well, it's a reality that drugs destroy, [...]there still isn't a way to survive, no way to work in our economy to be able to make a living." El chapo and his ideas reflect a bit of the prohibition era when alchol was illegal and gangsters existed except he supplys a different type of drug.
