 After Mexican officials capture drug kingpin Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman last week after he escaped prison, an article was published Saturday with Sean Penn interviewing the then- fugitive. Penn's article published in Rolling Stone featured El Chapo touting himself as the biggest drug supplier in the world.
